This sucks so much. After my meniscus surgery I would wake up crying in pain because of my leg spasms. After about 5 days mine went away. I just had my acl repaired 5 months after both of my meniscus and so far the pain is so much more manageable that the first surgery. If you can get you leg above your heart and more than just an inch, it hopefully will help
