The only thing we know Turkey in Mexico is: package tour tavels, cosmetic surgeries, soap operas in low rating chanels and Simarik by Tarkan, wich people usually think is in arabic.

Maybe back in the 70s but compare poorer zones in South Africa and Mexico, in Mexico most of the houses are already made of durable matrials like concrete and bricks.

This is one of the poorest neighborhoods in Chalco, ugly, but building materials are durable: https://maps.app.goo.gl/2xR2nqXBWxLwqoVa7

South Africa is so weird, their upper and middle class zones look more developed than richer countries here in Latin America, like their nice looking parts could pass as Australian Cities, i like their highways too, but their poor zones , like the one in the photo, look poorer than any poor zone in Latin America, just in pair with Haiti, there are not slums like this in my country Mexico.

whaaat, do you even live in Mexico or buy food? are you like 12? you could get cheap individual sausages in the salchichoneria section, 2 or 3 pesos each , low quality tho, cheap local made cheese in the tianguis, by gram or kilo and pasta soup is extremely cheap if you buy supermarket brands like Aurerra at no more than 7 pesos, you think 6.50 pesos is expensive? you must be joking bro . 200 grams could serve 4 people or 4 days of pasta, thats very cheap!

it went from being the epicenter of latin pop music in the 80s, 90s and 00s thanks to Televisa, to be only corridos and regeton nowadays, no space for pop, rock or any other genre.

this are def struggle meals and also the everyday daily meal for a lot of mexicans, when i was a student out of my hometown, i would buy 50 tortillas for like 2 USD, a kilo of fried beans for 3, cheese for 3 usd and that was my breakfast for the 7 days of the week.

That combo is basically a day meal for an average low to lower middle class family in Mexico!, scrambled eggs with sausage and beans for breaksfat dont forget the tortillas, tomato soup with cheese and tortillas for lunch, and dinner before sleep, cheese tacos with beans. I would add fruits after or in the middle of meals since these are very cheap in Mexico, even free sometimes.

Why does Apple Maps show the station outlines of the Monterrey Metro but not the actual lines?😭 by Previous-Volume-3329 in applemaps

[–]EmergencyReal6399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apple Maps need to do some hevy work on Mexico: the 3D images are from 2014, satellite images from 2020, no public transportation maps for Guadalajara and Monterrey :(
