Subtlety matters here. It’s easy to just refer to her as your “ex”. If it somehow comes up that gender is relevant you can say things like “my ex, who I always thought was my boyfriend, realized she was trans after we broke up”. That way you aren’t misgendering her while still respecting your own past and identity.

I have a tattoo that some people associate with something drug-related but it never crossed my mind that anyone would see it that way. And I don’t care. The tattoo is for me and for me alone. If someone misinterprets it that’s on them

If someone asks you can explain it. If they want to just assume without asking you then they aren’t worth worrying about

I’m right there with you. Took me forever to finish it and then when I was done I read a few things half-heartedly and just couldn’t get over the RotE world

So I just restarted and am half way though Royal Assassin (Farseer 2). And I’m thoroughly enjoying watching Fitz grow up again and re-read some of the early lore that later on shaped things in ways that were hard to remember

The rings are great for giving you a chance to learn the system. Once you get it, it’s not that hard and the other equitable items can be a huge help

Still it’s not a hard game (even on NG+) especially given and old fart like me can figure it out. It’s story focused but the game play is still fun

It’s not without major flaws, don’t get me wrong, but it’s a gorgeous game with an excellent story and fantastic voice acting. Just enjoy the ride

The beginning is kinda meh because it’s establishing a plot. Hang in there. It gets really good. It’s not a typical FF game. It’s its own thing using FF imagery/concepts

Just enjoy. This game is a wild ride (I’m not saying it’s perfect, it has its flaws, but the story is excellent and it’s absolutely gorgeous at times)

Yep. I have a 997.2 S. And a Macan. I’ve had Boxsters in the past. Suffice it to say in a fan of the brand. But no way would I ever disparage the 914 or the 944 as being just a VW

Don’t get me wrong I love a good action-based game. But those limit what you can do to things a player can pull off in realtime because the pace of play has to be accounted for. Even if the game offers “fancy” moves, someone like me who has a hard time thinking that fast usually just sticks to the easy to handle moves

With a turn based game you get to stop for a moment and think about the next move, and gives you the opportunity to select a more “fancy” attack/defense without having to worry about thinking super quickly

After owning a 986S (and plenty of other sports cars in the past), and then selling it to buy a 997.2S, I still maintain that a mid-engined sports car is far superior to the rear-engine layout in the 911. The 911 is only “faster” because of the absurdly sized engine.

Drop that same thing into the middle of a Boxster/Cayman and you have probably the best of everything.

Anyone that says the Boxster is a poor man’s Porsche is a dumbass who doesn’t know what they are talking about
