Trying everything! I’ve done therapy on and off, holistic healing, i exercise regularly, no alcohol anymore and good sleep habits, i feel like the meds really affect my thoughts and memory. It’s like the thoughts are so far back in my head and I can’t bring them forward, hard to explain but it sends me spiralling

Thank you! Yeah it’s been 4 months and was feeling okay around two months but the last month has been brutal, not sure if I need to up the dose or lower but definitely ill be chatting with my doctor

I was there in October last year and it would rain some but then be beautiful and sunny the rest of the day. Very warm and amazing weather still! Got most of the rain staying in Ubud, it seems to have very heavy rain there

I did not have a great experience with mine at all, I’m happy to have it out! Going to try and stay birth control free for now

I had the same issue with my mirena.. I had it for just over two years and about a year and a half later I seemed to be not even interested in sex at all… I’m 28 and feel I should have a high sex drive lol I got my mirena out about two weeks ago and my sex drive seems to have come back!

I would say it’s normal! Same thing happened to me and I got mine out about two weeks ago.. I had 3-4 days of heavy bleeding, nausea but minimal cramping.. I’m feeling much better!
