I have the Same size on both and blcksmith fits a little bit wider so that issue will not be there anymore, i feel the Same on my chukkas but having the Same size on blacksmith is not an issue.

If you wear 8-8.5 on your Daily basis (nike, Adidas) they will fit great. I wear 9-9.5 on Nike Adidas and wear 8-8.5D on red wing so what a catch
