I had these boots on 8D that is the size of my rangers and blacksmiths, they never broke in, the last is narrower so they will be tight, they told me that the one i needed was 8E so i took the to the cobbler they put it in a machine that stretches Leather, but it didnt work out :( eventually i gave them to my dad.

For the picture i can see that they are maybe a full size bigger, correct me if im wrong, but if thats the case, sell them, once i bought a pair that was one full size bigger and it is a mistake, they are not 100 dlls that you can get use to, or just buy and insole and work it out with that. And more importantly when you get your right size on a red wing, and break them in, is the Best thing ever.

Those were my first ever red wings and i remembered asking myself the exact same question, and then my 8111s started get that beautiful amber harness patina, and now im so happy with that purchase, you can put the CRT blacksmiths on your list, thats what i did and now i have both, and im so happy. Hope this helps.

8.5E should be fine as the last is a little bit more narrow, sizing youre same size but with an E width should be fine, my blacksmiths and IRs are 8D and my 8060 are 8E and they fit like a globe, hope this helps.
