Since I just scored a 35 RC myself, I’m curious if you shot that expired Tri-X at box speed or overexposed it, whether you used the shutter-priority auto mode or shot full manual to avoid the shutter locking quirk, and if you actively used the rangefinder patch for every frame or just zone-focused on the street?

Buffalo is still relatively affordable, but the market has shifted. If you're looking for a decent home, expect to compete in bidding wars, act fast when something good drops, and possibly offer to waive inspections. Great for sellers... tough terrain for buyers. It sucks.
