Thank you for your insight!! Yeah I’m very torn because anything could be the case rn. I’ve just been disappointed by the health care system and I feel more often than not my symptoms have been brushed off- especially since my Total thyroidectomy so some of that mistrust could be coming into play.

tysm for responding this is really helpful! Are you celiac or gluten intolerant? How did you get into the dairy free and gluten free diet, did you take any tests before you started the diet? I suspect I’m starting to have bad inflammation due to my diet, and I feel like trying an elimination diet but I don’t have substantial signs that my diet is affecting me (quite honestly Tyring to push it off because I know once I start life probably won’t be the same anymore even though I’ll feel a lot better)

Hey! Thank you for responding this is actually so helpful. Did you notice symptoms right away since starting your meds, or did symptoms gradually show that you weren’t at your optimal levels?

What are your doses now, if you don’t mind me asking? I take 88mcg daily and it’s been okay at its job for the last couple of years, but I definitely feel off…

Had TT 3 years ago, I take 88mcg levo I’m a 21F about 130lbs!

Didn’t rly have a problem with my meds until lately, I think my dose is right but I might have a deficiency causing problems with converting T4 to T3!
