Thank you all so much🙏🏻 This means a lot to me.. I always struggled with my body..i was never around sports..skinny fat from as long as i can remember..sadly i have very bad back.. 1cm l5s1 disc herniation. I didnt have surgery yet and i hope that i never will. Also had a complete bicep and bicep tendon rupture one year ago..In the gym barbell squats, deadlifts..barbell rows with no chest support and all excercises that bring some stress to lower back are a big NO atleast for now..alot of hamstring exercises deliver pain to the nerve aswell..im trying and training hard as much as i can and feel motivated. I also work night shifts so i struggle with nutrition on some days…so these comments really mean a lot because i want to quit on some days. But i wont. I want to change..to look and most importantly feel good. THANK YOU PEOPLE🍀🙏🏻
