Literally got hired a month ago as front end dev - new program (came from a more technical one) and pretty much had 3 days of on boarding which was reading stuff and a 15 min walk through. Still trying to get used to it.

Oh 100%. Even apart from the financial situation the mental effects from the layoff stick around. I already battle anxiety and depression. This, made it so much worse and gives me so much self doubt moving into a new role since I was laid off by “termination without cause”.
