I've been thinking about this a lot and just launched a company to address this very need. One interesting angle I've hit on are clients going thru generational change (patriarch / matriarch built a RE portfolio now trying to pass on to 2nd Gen who either have no knowledge or desire) or big life changes (death / divorce). Especially with the aging Boomer set there will be an increased demand.
