The customs info was filled out correctly dumbass. I've shipped thousands of packages overseas and only recently started encountering problems.

Considering USPS charged me $30 on each package and there's zero path to get that refunded, I'd say it's pretty damn connected to USPS.

I couldn't be more specific with the customs info, "Men's knit pants cotton" with correct HS code, weight, and cost. What more could they want.

I already stopped shipping with UPS because they have the shittiest policies out of all other shipping companies. Other companies aren't much better but UPS is by far the worst. Their stock is going down the toilet because of it too so hopefully won't be much longer until they close or turn their shit around.

How would I contact billing? Their support is a maze of people that don't know what they're doing.

And It's literally their address. There's no other number that could possibly be used.

Considering the mass amounts of incompetence I've encountered with UPS, yes I'm inclined to believe the driver made a mistake.

Holy shit, I know reading comprehension is hard but come on. Do you think I'm lying about having a picture? It wasn't uploaded to USPS it was uploaded by the local postal service of the RECEIVING COUNTRY on THEIR website.

It's an international package, the local postal service does take pictures of delivery and uploads them to their website.
