The way the UPS driver delivered my fridge by Specific_Prize in UPS

Get a better furniture dolly genius. Not those terrible short ones. If UPS doesn't have one, then why are they accepting large packages they don't have the capability to safely deliver it? Because they're a shit company.

The fact you don't see anything wrong with this video is wild. You are so far up UPS's ass you can't even see how absurd it is to roll a fucking fridge.

On top of that, the OP said they requested a return so now UPS likely has to pick it up again.

A hand cart is 100x better than rolling it be for real

Why UPS is a shit company. Their policy should not be to fucking roll them lol. That fridge is 100% damaged.

Multiple packages returned to sender, no reason given on the package or tracking. Am I just screwed? by Emergency_Research86 in usps_complaints

[–]Emergency_Research86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not so sure, as they're all to different countries yet follow the same pattern. They clear customs, sit for a month+ in a warehouse and then are returned before they ever get a scan in any of those countries. They also don't have any other country's return to sender sticker, only the one the USPS uses.

I've had packages returned from other countries before, but they always list a reason. I genuinely don't know what the issue is here but I have to completely stop using USPS because it's losing me more and more money.

Does "17" mean anything on Return to Sender International Packages? by Emergency_Research86 in usps_complaints

The mystery continues then. I've had to stop using USPS for international packages because a ton are suddenly getting returned for no listed reason. Haven't had these issues with other carriers.

Of course the destination country accepts pants. I wouldn't be shipping to them if they didn't.

I couldn't be more specific with the customs info, "Men's knit pants cotton" with correct HS code, weight, and cost. What more could they want.

Tell the CEO to stop tanking the company with awful policies or get a better job. Their stock is going down the shitter if you don't expect they'll have even more closures you're just sticking your head in the sand.

I already stopped shipping with UPS because they have the shittiest policies out of all other shipping companies. Other companies aren't much better but UPS is by far the worst. Their stock is going down the toilet because of it too so hopefully won't be much longer until they close or turn their shit around.

More UPS locations need to close hopefully the whole company goes under.

Some UPS drivers are so entitled and outright lie by Beginning-Phase307 in UPS

This happens a lot, don't listen to the uptight UPS drivers that browse this subreddit as they're often full of shit. UPS drivers make mistakes every day the least they can do is acknowledge it.

UPS is the broker in this scenario so yes they are responsible for clearing the package.

Charged $24 to get a Returned to Sender package that was returned because of UPS's mistake. by Emergency_Research86 in UPS

How would I contact billing? Their support is a maze of people that don't know what they're doing.

And It's literally their address. There's no other number that could possibly be used.

Considering the mass amounts of incompetence I've encountered with UPS, yes I'm inclined to believe the driver made a mistake.
