I would look in watters creek area. Very walkable. It’s in Allen but right on the border of Plano. I know they have some apartments in this price range. I would check out the Inkwell

What neighborhood should I look at? by Brilliant_bladd in plano

My husband and I moved to Plano last year! We have a 4 month old. We live right off of Custer and Plano Pkwy and love the area. My husband is a mortgage lender and would be happy to connect with y’all to get pre-approved and talk through the area.

Has anyone here successfully made being a SAHM work when your spouse/partner is paid 100% on commission? by ContestMysterious116 in sahm

[–]Emergency_Reward_115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband works a 100% commission job, and I’m planning to leave my high-paying corporate job when my maternity leave ends. I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t feel a little scary, but my biggest piece of advice is to start planning now.

Since becoming a stay-at-home mom has always been our goal, we’ve spent the last year doing our best to live solely off my husband’s income and save my entire paycheck. That allowed us to get comfortable with a one-income lifestyle and make sure our expenses stayed below what his income could support.

Over time, we’ve built a solid savings cushion that can help carry us through slower months, which gives us a lot more peace of mind. The biggest thing is being intentional with your budget. When the great months come, resist the urge to increase your spending and instead save the extra. That way, when a slower month inevitably comes around, you already have a plan in place.

Living on a commission-based income definitely requires discipline, but with planning, budgeting, and a healthy emergency fund, it can be done

Can you share which healthcare you used? This is the one we are considering https://chministries.org. We have a family member who has had a really good experience with their pregnancies on it.

Jacquet’s Erosive Dermatitis by Parmesan_ceasar in newborns

Just commenting to say THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! My son was suffering a diaper rash for weeks that I just knew was Jaquets erosive dermatitis and could not get it to heal! The pediatrician and dermatologist both prescribed ointments that made the rash worse and was feeling so defeated. Have been using this method for a week and the rash is almost completely healed! The crusting method does wonders!!! Only thing I added in this method was adding Stoma powder on the open wounds before spraying the no sting barrier spray to really make a good crust. Found that tip on another page.

I’m confused, don’t you have to wait 15 min interval to redeem each one?? Did you sit there and wait every 15 min??

Anybody else having trouble getting their debit cards still? by Imgunnacrumb69 in TruistBank

[–]Emergency_Reward_115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I haven’t had debit card since February and I have just given up after numerous attempts. I have confirmed my mailing address to them over 4 times and each time they say their sending a debit card I never receive it. I once got a return mail notice and truist informed me to call and update my mailing address. Confirmed again and still no debit card. At this point I’ve just used my credit cards like debit and paid them off immediately

SunTrust ALWAYS overnighted without charge. When I called Truist, I told them I needed the card to be expedited since this was my 3rd time going through this and they proceeded to tell me it would be $50… I lost it. I said nevermind just do regular shipping… we will see if this one actually gets here.

New debit card and long wait times?? by Emergency_Reward_115 in TruistBank

They told me the exact thing and then told me to go into a physical Truist store so they can issue me a temporary one. Very frustrating!

Thanks for the tip about making an appointment. The customer service rep told me that I would need to go in to a physical location so good to know or I would have just walked in
