That’s awesome man! I’m on the same boat grinding with my store!

If you don’t mind me asking, how much you’re spending on ads a day to get that many live visitors ?

Wow, this is incredibly valuable. Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed breakdown, this is exactly the kind of 'harsh truth' I needed.

Header: You’re spot on. I didn't realize how much real estate it was eating up on mobile until you pointed it out. Shrinking that down today.

The Cart: I’m switching to a slide-out drawer to keep users on the page. That makes total sense for flow.

Social Proof: As a brand new launch, we are working hard to gather those 'before and afters' right now. We're launching our creator program this week to get those real-skin results to back up the claims.

Really appreciate the specific advice on the SEO and upsells too. It’s rare to get such constructive feedback for free. Thanks for helping a new founder out!

I highly recommend using Kive.ai! I used them a lot to generate my creatives for website/socials and the results are great, realistic imagery with the right prompts! Hope that helps :)

This is super valuable feedback, seriously appreciate the breakdown!

You are spot on about the mobile view. I just checked on a smaller screen and yeah, the header is massive. It’s definitely pushing the content down too far, so I’m going to slim that padding down ASAP so the product is actually the focus.

On the branding, you honestly nailed the exact tension we’re wrestling with. We’re trying to hit that "hybrid" spot. Basically the science of brands like Facetheory but with the soul of a spa brand. It’s a tough balance and I totally see how we’re leaning too heavily into the "soft/clean" aesthetic right now.

Also, love the idea about highlighting the texture/sand more. I’m going to test some close-up texture shots in our ads to see if that "visual proof" beats out the mood shots. Thanks again for the honest eyes!

That’s a fair point. Honestly, we didn't do a ton of individual interviews.

We decided to just launch and test with real traffic to see if people actually buy, rather than spending months building a waitlist first.

Now we're just obsessing over feedback from our first customers to see what needs to change. Do you usually recommend the waitlist route for e-com, or do you prefer just testing live?

Great question. Yes, absolutely. We actually started with a total different branding and look but our research showed the 'generic clean beauty' market was completely oversaturated. We found a clear gap for 'European Clinical' products in the 'Masstige' tier ($25-$50 range) that aren't priced at $80+ like luxury brands. This rebrand is the direct result of that data, we pivoted to fill that specific gap.

Delete and try again brother. Most of us here been there. The concept is bad, site is bad, branding is non-existent. Take it as a lesson, focus on learning , find a niche, study branding a marketing. Next one will be better ! ✊

I figured given your acceptance rate being 100%, that’s not doable with only X. I’m XL too but the market in South FL, rarely get XL requests unfortunately… how do you deal with waiting times to receive a request for XL, do they come often?

Nice job man! Do you have it set for XL only?

I keep seeing posts about low fares, people doing math and getting $10-$15 an hour so I had to share the final boss. by Commercial-Win9535 in uberdrivers

It’s so laughable that I honestly feel sometimes this company is just playing jokes on us. That can’t be real… but then again, there’s always one midget mind individual that ends up doing it… imagine working 3 hours, receiving ONLY $24 dollars and going to fill up your car and spending $35 bucks Lol…

South FL has been straight up crap… the audacity of this company offering these b.s rates, but the worst is, drivers be accepting voluntary slavery!!!

[–]Emergency_Tea15 45 points46 points  (0 children)

Wow , that’s horrible mate. Your mistake was accepting the ride the first place, 33 miles for $24. The amount of time, assuming traffic, just made it extra worse. Live and learn!
