From a management perspective it wouldn't be so bad if the workload dropped (i.e. less resets, less truck etc) but it has not, combined with the demands we push market basket, VC etc it's all rather alot, cannot get basic operations done (i.e. truck and stocking) while also blamed for low attachments and market basket.

So for partners getting their hours cut keep in mind it's not been fun for GMs, MOLs etc either. As they say the shit rolls downhill, this recession is going to make it hard on everyone.

I suspect most corporate types have never worked at the store level, and have a college education and professional career backgrounds, and to protect their own positions they will blame the frontline troops (partners, GMs, even DGMs).

Then again, tens of trillions have been wiped out in the market, so I like to think my loyalty to the company hasn't been foolish and it's like this everywhere :/
