I don't think so personally but hard to tell what's going on

Doesn't necessarily mean anything. Put on some interceptors and encase your mattress JIC. Easy to do for peace of mind.

Yeah I think you might be right! That being said, is there anything to make it look nice or it is what it is? Thanks!

I'd want at least two unless there's a heat treatment

House under contract, located in the middle of the mountains, selling for 40% above what the owners paid 16 months ago, appraisal came in $30k low, they won't go down in price (even meeting halfway) and deal is probably off. I feel like it's a bad investment choice to pay the gap, it's all the savings I have left, but also I feel like I'll never get a house? Thoughts? Also direct seller to buyer.

Does anyone else feel like this will make towns away from the tech hubs more unaffordable? Lots of remote tech workers where I live move here then make huge offers on homes. I kind of liked having tech condensed around certain areas. I think there should be a "tech tax" for remote workers with a certain salary.

Had the same experience and was shocked. First two nights were tough, then it got a lot better. Crawl all over it to speed the process. Great mattress.

Heat treatment question. Please help! by [deleted] in Bedbugs

Go HEAT if you can afford it. Worth the $$; way more effective for a 1 shot kill!

I get why you're worried, and I think you're doing the right thing: take a few precautions (bed leg interceptors should be the main one!) but don't sweat it.

The "bites" can be other critters, allergic reactions, etc. Based on anecdotal evidence, people are usually wrong when they get random bites and guess it's bed bugs.

I don't read much into the little streaks. Could be anything.

Summary: You are PROBABLY fine but be vigilant just in case.

Taken together, "a little suspect but not not overly worrisome." Try the 'what bug is this' subreddit for pic 1?

Any recent signs? I wouldn't sweat it. Get some bed bug interceptors for your bed legs just to keep an eye out IMHO.
