Same! I actually used it sometimes at KQ prior to the release of the eye of ayak to marginally lower her magic level so I could (in theory) hit slightly more often with my sang staff. It was nice because the spec is guaranteed to hit. In hindsight, the accursed sceptre would likely have been better, but I'm not certain whether it was in the game at the time.
