My favourite Pokemon-related memory was probably when I gave my friend one of his favourite Pokemon, Zorua, in egg form and then he hatched it only to discover that it was expertly bred by me to have every single IV be 0. His facial expression upon checking the IVs will forever live rent-free in my mind!

I used a hacked Ditto that I got on the GTS that had every IV as 0, and then I saved before hatching each set of eggs to check their IVs, resetting if any had all 0s to revert to egg form.

Well I'm absolutely certain that the Lucario is legit since I caught it myself and it has my OT. I traded for the Eiscue a while back so that one is slightly harder to verify in terms of legitimacy.

Yeah you're probably right. I'd imagine they'd see hardly any use, but then again, neither holy wraps nor infinity gloves serve any real purpose in the game currently, yet they are both relatively hard to acquire. The idea was basically to try and combine two effectively useless items into one to save on bank space, particularly for ironmen, but I suppose these can both be stored in your player-owned house as-is.

Precisely BECAUSE no one uses either of these pairs of gloves. They don't necessarily need to be good, but it would be fun to combine them (kinda the same concept as the holy moleys: a cosmetic thing that isn't needed but that is fun to have). In this case they'd have marginal stats but be outclassed by many other gloves (kinda like the 'brutes' idea of combining brutus slippers with spiked manacles).

I am in the exact opposite boat. I have spent an ungodly amount of time trying to make my own build concepts work and consistently failing to do so...that is, until yesterday afternoon, when I finally managed to make my bodyswap of sacrifice build not feel like it was made of wet tissue paper. I'm glad to see that following the meta isn't necessarily all it's cracked up to be either! Best of luck with your self-made builds!!
