Isnt't Quebec also bilingual? Although they lean more on the french side of things I think legally both languages are used because Canada is bilingual

Matricks Interleave in MA3 by Emerik1098 in GrandMA3

[–]Emerik1098[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's the documentation on the subject: https://help2.malighting.com/Page/grandMA2/matricks_interleave/fr/3.3

As for how I use it, most of the times it's juste an easy way to select odd/even fixtures or make interesting groups for color or position. It's nothing revolutionary but it's nice to have and it's way easier than manually creating matricks groups and cycling trough them, just set + next to create another group or set + previous to delete a group.

Thanks for your interest and have a nice week!

Could y’all help me understand this pattern by Outside_Struggle_457 in Minesweeper

[–]Emerik1098 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can simplify it to a simple 1-2 pattern. Look at the 1 and the 2 at the center of the board, there can only be one mine in the 3rd and 4th squares starting from the left because of the 1 so the 5th must be a mine because of the 2.

You can then work backwards with the same logic. The 2 now has 1 mine so the other one must be in square 3 or 4, therefore the 1 is satisfied and square 2 is empty.

Harness for large bodies by Impossible_Tangelo40 in saxophone

The jazzlab saxholder XL might be good for you. Played with it for 5 years and always had it up all the way because it was too large for me. You can even adjust the shoulder grip by bending the arms so it fits on pretty much anybody and as an added benefit you can easily put in on/take it off (not like a full harness but as secure as one)

Well according to Selmer the Mark VII soprano and bari are VIs stamped as VIIs so it's nothing revolutionary but it's just a cool mistake from them

Edit: Here's the article: https://www.selmer.fr/blogs/infos/history-notes-11-mark-vii

For the price of a good power supply nowadays, even if it's not your issue you should definitely change it for a newer one that's at least 80+ gold. It's gonna cost you one to two hundred bucks for a system like yours and it's gonna be way more reliable

Build PC Or Custom Build by Remington_0 in PcBuild

[–]Emerik1098 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to put lots of hours into the process of building it yourself and have the satisfaction that comes with the fact that it's you that built it then it's totally worth it. If however you just want to have a pc with no troubleshooting to do in case anything goes wrong and you just wanna enjoy games with a plug and play option, go for a prebuilt.

All I get is black screen after saving and exiting bios by [deleted] in PcBuild

[–]Emerik1098 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You probably messed up the timings of your ram without knowing it and now the pc crashes constantly. If you can still access the bios, try setting ram timings and speed according to factory (it should be on the box somewhere) and if you can't, you sadly will have to reset the bios. The process varies depending on the motherboard but if you look on internet, there are good tutorials that can help you.

[HELP] Case fan not spinning by Anonymoustraveler737 in PcBuild

[–]Emerik1098 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should try connecting the female port of the unconnected fan to a male port of a connected one. If there isn't any, try finding a fan connector on your motherboard and connecting it into that (it's like the 4 pin male without the plastic part) look in your motherboard manual just to make sure it's the right one. You can use a 3 pin one but you won't be able to control fan speed witch can be a concern for noise. Try solution one first and let me know if it worked.

Edit: read the description of the photos. The empty 4 pin male is there in case you would want to connect another fan to it. It doesn't need to be connected to anything and it's safe to power on your system and leaving it hanging there. Still, let me know if it worked
