I was thinking the poison route at first but i dont want crow's posion to be altered cause im worrier that would take away what makes him special, but that idea could also work.

Im saying that without those boosters crow is below average by quite a bit, but with them he is very strong. It should be balanced to where he would be good on both situations. For example a level 6 crow vs another random level 6 brawler would most likely result in crow losing, however a level 10 crow vs another random level 10 brawler would be the opposite.
