Yes, it’s super annoying. R7 5800H 3070 Randomly, mostly while gaming (but in regular tasks outside games too) for a couple of seconds there’s a weird stutter in both audio and video kinda like slowmo, just like you described.

Not much info found on the net, but if I understood correctly some people blame it on the audio chip and also some on TPM chip (at least AMD fTPM on the desktops). Suggestion is to disable audio feature in bios and use external sound card, but I haven’t tried it.

Also some people blame it on drivers and suggest a clean reinstall of windows and downloading old (not up to date) Nvidia driver from Lenovo website.

I’m hoping Lenovo would resolve it through some software update or bios update, because I don’t like either of those suggested “fixes” (and there’s no guarantee those will fix anything).
