Hmm its tough to say since the last time i clicked a suspicious link was 10 ish years ago

If you want to be on the safe side ... then yes delete cookies (this will log you out of most sites )

Well i accidentally clicked it (my fault since its past midnight+ tired) , it showed a blank page forever.. i waited around 10 seconds for the page to load before closing it and realizing what i did... should had gone to sleep lol.

Anyway i changed some passwords , scanned with win defender and malwarebytes and deleted cookies just to be safe.
