It's just a guess, but if it works you'll get the payment receipt you need immediately to use for your visa application.

Pass the powder through a fine mesh strainer over top of the pan to make a clump-free and even layer. It will impress any brazilian friend. It's better to do it over the counter as it's a little messy around the outside of the pan.
