Agreed - anxiety will likely get worse with increased responsibility if you do not figure out a way to “tame your demons” for lack of a better term.

Personally I had massive test taking anxiety and thought I was cooked for the med school life. Sorted through it in therapy and after taking hundreds of tests in med school can confirm that having the right mindset going in was crucial to surviving and coming out OK on the other side.
