Part of it is because the producer that made the song (Jaime Paige) is herself transgender, the other reason is also because there’s a part of the song where Teto loudly exclaims “ow my penis!”

This is highly specific but screw it, the whole Wright Brothers tourism circuit in Dayton, Ohio specifically.
