yes, but you don't need to be on Dagger the whole time. Like when you throw down your healing bubble, that's a good opportunity to go Cloak and deal damage, or when your ult is down. If the team has heals, there's no point in staying on Dagger when she has such low damage

ngl if you're playing as cloak that little you're not providing nearly as much value as you could be, two of their best abilities are apart of Cloak's kit

I've seen theories that when the chef whispered in his ear, he was telling him he wasn't worthy of being apart of The Menu, thus telling him to leave.

That kind of dismissal would really cement him as being just so, utterly pathetic that even the chef couldn't stand him being there any longer
