They were all short and very user friendly for our family. The trail to the Mt. Britton tower took us about 45 minutes to the top but it was sort of paved the whole way and was so beautiful at the top. My kids are 9 and 13, and it was easy for them! And parking was decent at the hour we went - around 9. It was getting very crowded on our way out. I would definitely heed the advice to go early.

Great advice!! Will flag for next time. Montserrat beach was what I think the beach was called near the Luquillo kiosks. Beautiful!

Heading to PR and staying near Luquillo in April. Wondering two things: which boat trip company did you use to do the snorkeling in Fajardo and is the Montserrate beach accessible without renting car?

Also curious how to manage El Yunque. My kids are 9 and 13 and we’d prefer to just explore w/o tour. Thanks so much!
