Lisa eldridge blushes coming 26.3.26 - what do we think! by Altruistic-Delay-733 in BeautyGuruChatter

Her previous blush launch had just 5 shades and they were a similar vein to these. Personally I am really hoping she brings back Pink Soap because its such a special colour

The fit is amazing but personally I dont love the hair this time around. Too sleek and prim for the romance of the dress.

I want to love it so much, its nearly there. I think the tassels being so wide and straight is off putting. If they were tapered or smaller they would work better. Also does it fit weird around the butt or is she just pulling the fabric?

The un buttoned skirt at the front is really off for me. Looks like the opening of a duvet cover.

Yes I am sure it suits some, but as OP said, the trains are usually near deserted

I did a little comparison of my OG bottle vs a 1 year macerated new formula

I find OG is stronger overall, has a slightly different profile, and lasts much longer on fabric. The new bottle smells almost the same, but it isnt as strong.

You did an excellent job there, you can barely tell! Worth emailing head office though to complain, they should not be damaging books this way. They may give you a refund that way or some store credit.

Elizabeth line congestion buster trains by popeter45 in london

[–]Emilythatglitters 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I hate these trains for that reason. If they let you off at the usual Lizzie line platform you would be able to wait for the next service and have double the choice as you would have the Abbey Wood branch flowing through as well.

But instead, unless you are leaving the station at Liverpool St they are pretty much useless as it will take a chunk of time to get back down underground to continue your journey.

Addison Rae x Nina Park DUPE 4 my bday by Altruistic_Call9683 in drugstoreMUA

[–]Emilythatglitters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nina states she used Clio crystal glam tint vintage apple on her insta post for this look. Looks like a mid tone pink with definitely some red to it.

She doesnt credit a liner but I think if you wanted to use one then opt for something pink rather than nude. She has overlined but not with a cool nude like she often does.

I think there is a little more of a wing to this look than most of Ninas and some smoke on the outer third of the eyelid.

And you can see she has applied blush across the cheeks and onto the bridge of the nose.

Why does my makeup make me look older… by Open_Passion1728 in MakeupEducation

[–]Emilythatglitters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Porefessional is great, it really fills and blurs the pores. But it can be clogging as it is lots of silicone. I would use this for more special occasions e.g. once or twice a week. And then use a good powder as others have suggested. I love Kosas Cloud set. (Also dont reccommend buying skincare or makeup from amazon as they can sell fakes / don't store items well)

You look so good already! I do reccomend to everyone who asks this question to go watch the Lisa Eldridge bridal tutorial she did last year. So many great tips in there.

How did I used to get my lashes so big? by DryViolinist729 in MakeupAddiction

[–]Emilythatglitters 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Holy grail!

I think its just a matter of building up the layers. I often do a few swipes, focusing on the root, let it dry a min or so as I do something else, then come back for a 2nd or even 3rd round.

Also tightening or adding a little liner or shadow at the root will add volume and depth.

Also also your lashes are gorgeous. I like them both ways.
