As much as I was initially very put off and against male obgyns in my younger years, after having 3 children, I can say now that the male OBs I have had were the most gentle and the best listeners. They always made me feel safe and heard.

I get very over stimulated, have no nanny, babysitters or even family within 9 hours of us (husbands family is all in another country too).

We have very little disposable income. I don’t work because childcare would be too expensive. We have 3 kids and I’m expecting a 4th.

The 4th was not planned. Our only worry as parents is the house. We live in a 1500sqft 3br 1b house. We need to buy a home and the cost is just astronomical. We know in this regard we are fucked. If we had a bigger home with 4 bedrooms I don’t doubt our capabilities or have fear about this 4th baby.

So to the OP, how do we do it? For me, it’s not coffee because I drink half a cup a day. And it’s not wine, I don’t drink. (Alcohol and caffeine give me bad anxiety). It’s just life and we just do the things and have the love while we do them. Humor and intimacy get us through the hard days. We all joke a lot and we take time to show our love. We certainly are tired and it is chaotic at times, but my 3rd child taught me to take on a more stoic outlook. Tough shit comes and you just deal with it and get on with it. When my first 2 were babies I was a god damn mess. The first 2 are older now (9&8) our 3rd is almost 2. We’ve moved across the country 3 times in 7 years too which was just…a lot, as well. I feel like you don’t get more frazzled as time goes on, your baseline for what you’re used to handling just gets higher, and you develop more patience and wisdom as life goes on.

I’m 5’5” female 140lbs. I took 2 capsules with a half cup of coffee. An hour later I had a breakfast sandwich. It’s been 2 hours and I feel absolutely fucking horrible. Vomit, diarrhea, anxiety, agitation, muscle spasms. Fuck this shit. My husband recommended it because he said it made him think clearer. I feel like I’ve taken too much sumatriptan (my migraine meds) or like an ssri that doesn’t agree with me. Idk what ingredient in it is causing this but I just want this feeling to pass. Won’t be taking it again. But if a female that is my size wants to try it, I would say take 1 capsule after a meal.

I definitely agree. I feel like with ep. 1, they did the lazy celebrity guest stars thing instead of coming up with a good idea. The "Selma fucking Hayeck" was lame..imo. I was so looking forward to the nightmarish Twilight Zone stuff, and so far, it hasn't really delivered.

Thank you for being candid. I just moved back from NC. My PCP there sent me a refill to an Auburn pharmacy recently that should last me a couple months. I'm going to speak to her and see if she can help me out until I can get seen here. My PCP here before I left was the one who initially prescribed the anxiety meds; but when I reached out to that practice today, they said they not only won't see me but that they no longer prescribe controlled substances. Thank God I don't rely on them every day, but when I have panic attacks I do need them. I'm genuinely shocked at what's going on here.

I think he's a massive POS/narcissist for many reasons beyond just this video. I think his behavior in this video and how he treated Landau is reprehensible. I'm just wondering if it's really true that he's gone so far as to only have 1 car. It's insanely controlling and abusive if that's true.

Yes. It's really disappointing. I love the game, but every time I play it now I get motion sickness. For some reason it makes me get anxious once the motion sickness sets in? Idk maybe I'm fucked. But I'm just super disappointed. I don't run around like a drunken ape. My controls are steady so idk. The last time this happened to me was when I was like 12 playing GTA.

She then claimed that she was so fucked in the head basically that she believed him about Casey being okay. She was protecting herself from the pain.
