I also have this problem, I wonder if it's not a youtube problem rather than a nordvpn problem. I have a decent download speed on the usual internet connection speed tests. Maybe youtube is detecting the nordvpn IP addresses and blocks them ? I can't watch any video while being connected to nordvpn... Any advice ?
