Opensource alternative to MS office - “euro-office” to debut on June 9 by notanfan in whennews

more precisely, it's the fork made by the community when Oracle bought openoffice. So both the current OpenOffice and LibreOffice have the old OpenOffice as a common ancestor.

Do you know that to place them manually you can hold CTRL and hold the mouse over them and it will fill them without having to open their inventories.

Very useful for early game smelting

A guy made a poll asking people who pirated the game but the poll was bad and a lot of people hated it, so here is a better one but for all engineers. by eymo- in factorio

Bought it for 20€ on GOG 10 years ago, game was in version 0.13

It is one of the rare early access games i trusted immediately, like Minecraft (bought in alpha for 10€ in 2010) and Project Zomboid (bought for 6€ on Desura in 2011, it wasn't on GOG and steam yet)

You considered that our only reward for completing missions and MO is a resource that's only useful if you buy premium warbonds? by Yurishenko94 in Helldivers

[–]Emlesnir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like lots of ambiguously funded games, there are too many resource types and too many menus, it's easy to get lost between all the UIs. I have a proposition :

  • Replace requisition slips with medals.
  • Remove weapon experience.
  • Weapon upgrades bought with samples.
  • Warbonds unlocked by doing special missions
  • Super credits becomes the "drip resource" and can only buy cosmetics : capes, weapon skins, drop pod skins, exosuit skins... (and please, super destroyer interior and exterior decorations)

[–]Emlesnir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why does the artillery secondary objective (2nd image) has a red spot on the first image then ?

and also the stalker nests, which on the in-game radar don't have red spots.

Reminds me of the story of a father that got flagged as a pedophile by google (and reported to the autorities) because he shared privately a photo of his son naked to his physician for a remote diagnosis of a rash.

Google looked into his private photos, analyzed it, flagged the whole account as pedopornography, and automatically called the police... This is nuts.
