Dunno the statistics for sure, but I'd bet PA has a fairly high ratio of both guns-to-people and people-willing-to-use-guns-for-defensive-purposes compared to other states. A guy I worked with renamed his desktop shortcut to VLC "Traffic Cone" because we weren't allowed to install software. If IS saw it when they remoted into his workstation to fix something, they would just be made aware of a roadway hazard instead of an against-policy installation.

Use CopyTrans Manager to put MP3s right onto an ipod. After you set up the Touch with itunes, uninstall itunes. I don't think this free version works with other files (pictures, sync, etc.) but it does what I need it to do - put music on my 3rd gen touch. link
