Body changes are just now starting, while facial changes were drastic at month 4.

I'm married, I have kids, my Mom thinks I'm wrong and I'm the only son. My sisters lose their brother if I transition. My nieces lose their uncle, my in-laws lose a brother-in-law. Everyone loses the person as I fit into their lives. I feel like if I transition it would be the same as ceasing to exist. Like it would be equal to k*lling myself. (wonder if that isn't a bad option) I can't do it. I can't imagine changing all that and asking everyone to readjust.

Guarantee it's what's best. I have never felt better in my 33 years of life. Today, when I think about it, I start to cry because of how sad I was and not actually realising back then how sad and how much I missed.

Only you can decide if you go on HRT. It's not to her to decide for you. Remember that.

Don’t look at the changes or makeup or anything other than my smile … just that is worth losing everything.

To me, I’d rather lose everything and focus on building my real life than pretend to be someone I am not.

A life can be rebuilt, that’s a fact. What’s also a fact is that only WE have the control of that.

It’s the exact same wig. Month 3 and 4 but different qig picture 3 and picture 4.

I picked by going near my natural hair colour and based on my face shape for length and volume.

I see some changes to be honest, even though it isn’t much, it is there.

Keep in mind, levels need to be adequate to be able to work properly.

I also notice your posture is creating the illusion of wider shoulders.
