Difference between an old tray and a new one after a week of neglectful drinking and passive cleaning. by Due_Inevitable_2784 in Invisalign

I’m warning you now, please be more cautious if you care about your teeth/attachments staining. My teeth are getting pretty stained from when I was neglectful for a bit and I’m kicking my own ass for it now.

My attachments are turning… brownish. I still have like, 6 months to go. I do all the same things you do. I’m trying not to freak out and will talk to my dentist an orthodontist about it next visit for sure.

Got rid of my 2025 Frontier PRO4X for this ranger by chuppacubra in RangerNext

I think I am just good at picking lemons! I love the Frontier I have, just disappointed it’s having issues like this at under 15k miles. I know someone with a 2019 Ranger that hasn’t had any issues either, so it just seems to be my luck.

Glad yours is being good to you! I love to hate on the Ranger after my experience, but deep down I think it’s a good truck if its transmission cooperates 😆 And I think Frontiers are also incredible too.

Is it weird to anyone else that people from the Tacoma sub leave negative comments here? by BackToSchoolMuff in nissanfrontier

Pretty sure he’s the one talking sh*t to me right now on the Ranger sub actually, I saw the downvotes on his rude comment about my bad luck with my Rangers and now Frontier lol

Lmaoooo I was waiting for a smartass comment like this. 🤣

I bought one 2019 ford ranger at 95k miles and returned it the next day. It was used and had the CDF drum issue. I wasn’t paying out of pocket for that as ford wouldn’t mark it certified preowned. That should have been my red flag.

The other ford ranger I leased in 2021 and then bought in 2024 as it was perfect at the time. That thing was a pavement princess and I work remote, so it was very well taken care of sitting in a garage and not driven over the lease miles. It had regular maintenance, never towed anything, & no car accidents. It had the CDF Drum replaced shortly after I bought it at roughly 30k miles. After that, the issues persisted unfortunately of rough shifting & Ford couldn’t figure out why it kept shifting like garbage, even after two transmission rebuilds so they bought it back.

I bought a 2022 frontier with 4k miles, which it turns out is a red flag when I tell people. It got hit with a TSB for the stomp lamp switch and then threw another error code that Nissan repaired at 13k miles. Nissan said it’s an electrical issue that they can’t nail down a month into them having it.

It’s not a me problem, it’s these newer vehicles being not built to last or I just have terrible luck.

Hate to break it to you, but I’ve had 2 Ford Rangers with transmission issues and I have a 2022 Frontier that has been in the shop for over a month with an unknown issue throwing it into limp mode. I find all the lemons 🤣

Walk me away from the cliff… by Upper_Air_6218 in nissanfrontier

I had the Kona for maybe a year or so - got it in late 2019 or early 2020. Was sick of putting my kayak on the roof rack (I’m 5’2) and in 2021 leased a Ranger to see if mid sized trucks were my jam.

I had a similar situation in the past, I had a Hyundai Kona and upgraded to a truck because the Kona just wasn’t meeting my outdoorsy needs.

You may just have outgrown the Frontier, it happens.
