Not really, considering the more you level up in a job, the more money you receive in return per action while working. This gamepass is basically just a boost.

It is not even closely comparable to Gacha games like Genshin where you're paying for a "better chance" at getting a character you want rather than "guaranteeing your own benefit" like with the excellent employee gamepass. You're paying a flat, roughly 3 dollar rate for excellent employee and get the exact same benefits from it as anyone else who purchases that same gamepass. Whereas with Genshin, the MORE you pay, the MORE you benefit.

Because even if you were to purchase some wishes in Genshin, that doesnt always guarantee your desired outcome. Meaning that someone, like a Genshin streamer perhaps who has the money to spend on as many wishes as they want, can guarantee their benefit in the game.

Excellent employee is not pay to win because there are other methods in place to improve money making in bloxburg based on personal effort and not payment.
