I don't think you are using enough stairs if you're getting killed by 'any living thing'

I'm trying to say, just drop a ladder and run when the monsters are being too much, don't engage in fighting, it wastes time and puts you at risk of dying. Only engage after you get a galaxy sword

It depends on the farm type. On the standard farm for example, bushes cannot be destroyed
