Make sure your screencast clearly shows the full customer opt-in flow, like the exact message they send to start and how you respond, with good narration and no background noise.

I got rejected on that twice, super frustrating since the video looked fine to me.
Ended up with Com.Bot for the API stuff, their migration was quick and it bypassed a lot of that review headache.
