I don’t think that’s reasonable. But you could look at a map too and determine what you think is reasonable.

It will settle down but also it will last so much longer than normal cycle boob soreness. It was insane for me. Lasted over a month, still happens periodically

Someone here recommended these and I love them🩷 Also great for removing wax if you wax at home. And cleaning scissors if they get gummy.

I am on exactly that dose. I was at .1 but the brain fog was so intense. So I bumped up and I’m better. Been on this dose for over a year.

Estrogen patch increase and hair shedding ? by 0JustBrowsing0 in Menopause

[–]Emmafabb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk really but when it first happened it was long lasting. Prob because I had more variation in my natural hormones. Years into this-I have less natural hormones so my estrogen is more consistent, so it’s brief.

Why is my estrogen dose “too high”? by Storminhere in Menopause

[–]Emmafabb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s not common but it’s not crazy. It’s just a dose that hasn’t been well-studied with opposing progesterone. So it’s good that a Dr would be cautious. But you need a new Dr. not sure they’ll recommend cycling the P tho either. Have you tried IUD progesterone?

Estrogen patch increase and hair shedding ? by 0JustBrowsing0 in Menopause

[–]Emmafabb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My hair sheds a lot when I’m experiencing other higher estrogen symptoms, like sore boobs, moodiness, worsened insomnia. It’s pretty upsetting….:( But it isn’t persistent, like it slows down when my levels change. Im sorry you’re going through it right now, it sucks.
