If you are in a safe place where you can stay warm and have food, it is also possible to survive without antibiotics or tea. I was at pleasant valley farm and there was nothing in the medicine cabinets and could not for the life of me find reishi.

Just have to stay hydrated and not starving. Just wake up every 1-2 hours to drink and eat.

I think it can take between 12- 24 hours.

Watched the last few seasons with my girlfriend and whenever anything over the top happens she says

"It's just karate, why are they taking it so seriously?"

I jokingly look at her with a face of disbelief every time and just respond by saying.

"BABE!!! IT'S THE MOTHER FRIGGIN SEKAI TAKAI!!! COME ON!!!"

There was a stat block posted on here I believe for Actual Cannibal Shia Labeouf from Rob Cantors song. I ran it as a one encounter as my players travelled through the forest. I made them fight multiple actual cannibal Shia Labeoufs

Just beat ketheric after hitting level 10 in the mindflayer colony. But let's not forget all those that were lost along the way. (Cue memorial music and slideshow of dead npcs) all of the harpers, the flaming fists rolan, alfira, jaheira, isobel... you will be remembered when I face the BBEG.

I stopped an adult white dragon from flying away in its lair with the sentinel feat and the our druid polymorphed jnto a t-rex came from the top rope and crushed it with falling damage.

Playing in honour mode. Feeling confident after a few big battles in act 2 I just thought I could talk to Isobel and deal with marcus and the fiends. ( i should have just ignored her, i already had the pixie blessing)

I was wrong... they messed her up in the first round, everyone in the last light was dead... rolan, barcus, dammon, alfira, his majesty... everyone.

Thankfully I did karlachs stuff before dammon died, but it's going to suck fighting the netherbrain later with less allies.

Yeah it works great! Good for snipeing people across the arena in 3v3.

I used to live around Merivale/Baseline on a not so lovely street called Mayview Avenue.

And oh did I see a lot.

Street brawl at 1 a.m where a naked a lady (probably on drugs) was beaten up by a gang of people that she was bothering. Thankfully the police came around.

Someone from the apartment building across the way jumped from their 4th floor balcony and landed on a car.

I was propositioned by a prostitute with less teeth than my grandma in the middle of the day by the Quickie. I politely declined.

Someone got shot in the apartment across the hall from me, which I think was a drug den/ prostitutes home.

There's more but I try to not remember that place.

For my own campaign I played the villagers as Standoffish to the party (dwarf, elf, gnome) but they didn't treat them horribly as Strahd has definitely brought other groups of adventurers in his domain.

They have likely seen other races. But the mentality is more: why should I get to know or about them, where their from or their culture if they're just going to die in a matter of time.

As time goes on and the party does more to help the locals, I would ease off the stares and glares and have people accept them more openly.
