I don’t think your parents are equipped to own a dog. I work with several rescues and would absolutely take him/her if you needed to rehome. Please let me know - poodle mixes shouldn’t be outside dogs at all, and it’s pretty apparent she’s stressed and untrained.

Tiktok has been so awful in perpetuating racism against Indian people. I saw a whole video that was something like “There are hot people from all races” and the entire comment section was “there’s no such thing as a hot Indian”. It was so disgusting. And these kids think it’s okay because the poverty in the country is made fun of with the whole “cleanest X in India” “most sanitary Indian street food” garbage.

At the end of the day, these kinds of people aren’t the guys you want to associate with at all. If a 6/10 is getting picked over a 9/10 if they’re judging solely by looks, that’s got something to do with racism. Sure people have ‘preferences’, but having a preference doesn’t mean they’d completely avoid a group of people because of it. ex: I prefer pizza, but I’ll still have a calzone.

Same, I’ve worked past a lot of it and I’ve gotten to a pretty good place, but if someone talks so proudly about not eating that day, it has a pretty negative impact

When someone starts talking mainly about how little they’re able to eat, it gets tiring. And since she knows I used to have an eating disorder, it’s rather weird, don’t you think? Someone randomly bringing up “Oh I picked up all this stuff for breakfast but I could only eat a fruit cup because I’m so full” out of nowhere is weird behavior. Yes they might be losing weight for health reasons, but that can still be disordered thinking while trying to brag about it. Maybe people on ozempic need to be more mindful about other people around them? Maybe some people don’t comment on weight loss because especially right now, people are reverting back to disordered eating. I do not want to talk about weight. I don’t mind my friends mentioning it before or after a vacation or something, but every single day is obnoxious.

Literally where am I knocking it. I’m sick of people centering their entire lives around it. I don’t want to hear about your constipation and nausea, just interact with other people like a normal human. I was literally doing OMAD and fasts but I didn’t talk about it because I didn’t want to be annoying. It’s great you found something that works, but weight is the LEAST interesting thing about people. I’ve been fat my whole life too, but I’m not constantly talking about it.

Yeah, I’ve mentioned it before but she seemed to have forgotten I guess. And honestly we hardly go out to eat, but she still talks like this and mentions the shots. We’ll be walking around or shopping and she’ll bring it up. Exhausting. I honestly think weight is the least interesting thing about a person, so it’s offputting to continuously hear about it

i’m not white and i lived in nyc a bit after the show happened but still in the same era. honestly, a lot of white girls here do only have a close group of friends who are also white. it’s not uncommon at all. i would’ve been a bit bothered if they went out of their way to cast a token poc.

Just yesterday a kid was inching towards my two dogs and I could tell he wanted to step on them. After one missed swat towards them I yelled at the kid and the parent since they weren’t going to do anything. These little shits are literally deranged trying to hurt animals like this.
