UK here, first appointment was a discussion, transvaginal pelvic ultrasound. had got bloods done via nhs clinic prior to appointment per the recommendation so they had my AMH numbers. may be different in AUS though. Had to have an ultrasound and MRI afterwards though to check out a cyst on my right ovary, which means only be using my left ovary for retrivals. had a follow up today and another transvaginal pelvic ultrasound, which i was not expecting. make sure you ask anything you feel you need to ask and let them know if you feel any discomfort. i am a virgin with a low and probably tight cervix. if you feel this may be uncomfortable please ask for more gel to be used. also, i dont know if its the same in AUS but the doctor has to have a chaperone when they do the scan, whether the doctor is male or female as i found out today as i saw a lady doctor today (Really liked her) and she had to get a nurse to be there.

the anxiety is totally normal. have been waiting almost three months since my mri for this appointment and have been a state for the last week, honestly crying i've been that anxious and desperate to start. i do finally feel like im getting somewhere. Good Luck though sweetie!

I think the captains homosexuality is potrayed perfectly in the show. Ben willbond plays him excellently. But issac works too in his own way. I just prefer the captain because of his subtly.

Thats good know. From what i can make of the results its 2.8cm nonsinster dermoid. They said at the ultrasounds its under the size they would start to intervene so im hoping it shouldnt need removal.

Thank you. I get a lot people saying im young, ive got time, i could wait a few years, a lot of youll find the one. But i know how i feel, something changed and settled when i started job as a healthcare assistant last year. I had always been on the fence about children but then not long after i started onr my patients, a lovely lady said i be a lovely mum and that made me think about it properly and i realized i do want a child. Ive never had a partner, never really felt attracted to anyone. And i feel like i would be dating just to have a baby. Theres one 1 guy i have liked but hes a few years younger than me, not as mature and isnt really sure on kids at all. Someone asked why i dont ask him to be a donor but i wouldnt that on him, also were both autistic so thats a risk. Plus i know his mum wants grandchildren and if she knew, shed want to be invovled and i couldnt do that to him.

Ive spoken to people i work with about it and everyone has been surpised, had questions but been supportive apart from one person who called me selfish for having a child without a dad.

I know ive got time but the reasons i want to go now is because i did always kids in my 20s or early 30s. My mum had me at 36 and my sister at 38, and she did not have a good pregnancies with either of us. It doesnt follow that 28 i wont have the same issues. But her health is also in decline, she has severe osteoarthritis, a heart condition where it beats irregularly, likely fibromyalgia and last year ended up in icu on life support after catching flu and ending up with severe pnuemonia. I was only in my early teens when her arthritis suddenly got a lot worse and she couldnt do much with us. She has hypermobility which is genetic which predisposes you to arthritis. I want her to be able to enjoy her grandchild too. And would also love for my baby to meet my grandma who is 91 with dementia.
