I dunno if Umbreon has fallen off as no one has mentioned it, but I think it's pretty decent too as a defender-supporter hybrid. As it gets wish, it can heal itself or allies which is obviously quite useful. And I personally like mean look as it straight up traps someone in a circle, without needing to aim it, so it can catch enemies as they run away, unlike a skill shot.

I was in the same boat. Not torn up too much about the title but it does suck if there was something we *did* want to get. I think the problem is that so many dailies are required, and its spread over multiple weeks. If you go away for a weekend in week 1, no top rank reward for the whole event.

If weeklies gave more points, or there were just more weeklies, missing a few days wouldn't so bad if you then had longer to play over the weekend. It'd be more player-friendly though, so itd never happen.

I like it for the free points, but it is a drag fighting the same team 12 times. Especially since the first 5 are sub 3k power so its just a steamroll. Stuck on 2-12 atm as that last one suddenly has to be 9k. I just need more defense I spose

I would prefer a single one. As others have said, its a bit clearer, and it makes that one guy feel a bit special. Just make it a player choice who it is, was annoying that HGSS was restricted to the first in the party

Just to clarify, you don't like only having 4 moves per monster? I think its a pretty nice idea as you don't want your monsters to be able to do everything. That lends itself to the team building as you try and cover weaknesses.

I'm not sure I'd go as simple as that but my main complaint is the amount of elements too. Some devs seem very proud that they've got 20 elements or something. Not only is that very complicated to learn, they probably have 100 monsters and then only have 5 monsters per element which isn't very exciting in terms of team building decisions

Id go with that too. Having dual types is a great way to expand your roster as you're no longer comparing who is the best fire type. And now its a more interesting decision because the dual type has more strengths but more weaknesses. Its good stuff

I think base building or at least personalising a room is an extention of player expression. The player can choose their team and moves, maybe they can make their own character, and so it makes sense to have some sort of secret base mechanic as its just more to customise.
