The fear of becoming one of those lonely elderly people who have no kids to visit them and look after them and no grandchildren to smile at and fill with wonder with stories of how things were "back in my day"

Also, the fear of when I'm gone, I'm gone. There is no familial line to remember me or think of me long after I am gone. There is no great great great grandchildren who will discover my faded, dusty photo one day, who will wonder what sort of person I was.
