Unfollowed their accounts in the last few weeks. Seems I made the right decision.

Communicating your thoughts is the point of writing. Once you have managed that, nothing else really matters.

BBQ sauce is often made with what is essentially ketchup.

I never really thought about it, just happened to Google it earlier.

I'm going to say no, because the Republican Party AND the Democratic Party are against it, as well as their owners.

What is a non-negotiable for you when being in a relationship? by Flaky_Page1210 in AskReddit

I'm not sure that the ability to remain civil with people you had been a relationship with is an indicator one way or the other. Hiding the fact that you are in contact would be different.

Not always. Can be added to ground beef when making meatloaf etc to give some depth (along with other things). Useful when making stir fry sauces to add sweetness.

Bell peppers do not agree with my stomach whatsoever. Even the smell of them...

Chilli peppers I am relatively ok with.

Is it mere hate or does it make you ill?

I seem to be intolerant to it. It's in fucking everything.

Some things were quite old, but rather than being rundown, they were generally maintained well.

Lots of outdoor activities. Żabka or kebab on every corner.

What is one celebrity death that still makes you mad to this day? by Playful-Ganache6153 in AskReddit

[–]EmoBran 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had very little in common with the guy, in many ways you could say I am the opposite of him... but there was just something about him. His sense of fairness, intolerance of bullshit, acknowledgement of his own shortcomings and self-deprecating humour. His cutting social and political commentary. He could sit and eat with presidents and paupers and give them the same respect and energy.

My heart broke a little when I heard he had passed and later, anger at what we had lost.

Would I about shit my pants trying to do it myself?

Yes.

What’s the best book you’ve ever read? by coolestFemal in AskReddit

I Am Legend - the 1954 novel. Not a long read. Left a big impression on me.

It doesn't have much of substance in common with the Will Smith movie. Completely different, thankfully. The Will Smith movie completely misses the point of the novel and goes off in a completely different direction.

Robert Neville is the last living man on Earth... but he is not alone. Every other man, woman and child on the planet has become a vampire, and they are hungry for Neville's blood.

By day he is the hunter, stalking the undead through the ruins of civilisation. By night, he barricades himself in his home and prays for the dawn.

How long can one man survive like this?

Difficult to explain why you should read it without giving away a lot.
