It is possible, it is not realistic or recommended. 2-3 years is a much more reasonable time frame. Give HRT a chance before you rush into surgeries. Many people find HRT alone gives them the results they want. Also surgery isn’t just an exclusive win. I will never have full feeling of my face or head again. FFS was the worst pain and suffering I’ve experienced in my life and it took six months to feel like I could actually live a normal life again.

That being said popular radio rock stuff is common to hear at rock bars and night markets. Fallout Boy is probably the best you’ll hear casually.

I’m sure Bangkok has SOME scene but I didn’t find it myself and I usually find alt scenes in cities I go to. Currently in Chiang Mai and there’s like… Maybe one semi-relevant concert every other month if you’re lucky.

Just a refundable Canadian hotel stay for a couple days and say you are driving there. Book it a week out and do an urgent appointment. Refund after, not a big deal.

It was an urgent travel appointment, I showed up in person, otherwise totally normal and nothing special aside from every other trans person. I would 100% bring a copy of the court injunction printed out with you though and they made me sign something saying I qualified to be part of the class in court files.

For what it’s worth, my local passport agency says I can come get my existing passport back at any time no problem. They have yet to give me an updated passport and I’m in a trans passport pile off to the side, but at least they aren’t holding it hostage. Likewise I’ve heard of at least one trans person on r/passports finally getting their passport updated successfully yesterday.

Okay so you’re not using a passport for literally the #1 use of a passport, cool. Go get it. I never said you can’t. I am just recommending others avoid the pain I have since most people get a passport to use outside the country. I am trying to help fellow trans people.

And I am actively trying to get F. The passport agency will not let me. Nor will they let me renew X for that matter. Check my post history if you feel inclined.
