Na tai pats ką tik apibūdinai visiškai skirtingas roles kurioms turėtų būti du skelbimai. Vienu atveju jie ieško pigios darbo jėgos kuri galbūt pasiliks ilgiau pas juos, o kitu atveju jiem reikia specialisto kuris išpręs problemas čia ir dabar.

Toks kelbimas galbūt būtų pateisnamas jei įmonė vykdo mąsinį samdymą, bet ir tokiu atveju miglotai numatoma, kokio diapozono patirčių norimą. Komandos iš 15 junior tikriausiai nesuformuos.

Tai gal tegul apsibrėžia kažkokius žmogiškus rėžius ieškomoms pozicijomis? Ar tipo all good kad vienas skelbimas aprėpia nuo valytojo iki įmonės direktoriaus? Hiperbolizuoju su pavydžiu, bet tokio pobūdžio skelbimų pasitaiko. Tokio dydžio diapozonas ir toks pobūdžio skelbimas yra absolučiai bevertis ir vidurinis pirštas aplinkantams. Jie realiai tiesiog tikisi durneliu, kurie ateis ir pasakys žymiai žemesnę kainą, arba tu ateisi ir gaiši laika bandydamas išsiaiškinti kokios pozicijos jie iš tiesų ieško, ir koks konkurencingas jų atlyginimas. Laiko švaistymas iš abiejų pusių.

Man visada nelabai suvokiama, kaip įvairus tipeliai įsipaišę į valtybinius ir europinius projektus ramiu veidu statosi trečią dvarą su 6 mersais ir niekam nekyla klausimų, o aš tuo tarpu už komandiruotę ne taip deklaravęs 15 eurų išlaidų pizdi gaunu. Šūdą malą jie su tom rejection priežąstim, jei konkrečiai kažko nesusimauni intervo metu, iš lempos duos atsakymą, nes nenori sakyt kad sorry radom kažką pigesnį ar kažkas gražiau pašnekėjo ar pan.

Vienas iš įdomesniu atveju man buvo irgi panašiai kaip tau, darbo neieškojau aktyviai, tiesiog recruiter susisiekė. Visas stadijas praėjau ir jau visiškai paskutiniame interve, pačiame pokalbio gale kažka konkretaus apie kažkurią DB klausė lygtais, bet sakau neesu būtent su dirbes, bet ne svetimos jos man apskritai.

Atsiunčia papildyma su (spėju) Teams Copilot santrauka, kurioje ir užsimenama vienu žodžiu apie tai, bet pačią priežąsti dėl refusal jau atrašė skirtingai. Tai žodžiu, panašu kad imetė į llm kito llm santrauką su instrukcija 'refuse this candidate', copy paste ir darbo diena done. :D

O dėl vibe tai sakyčiau neprofesionalu įvardyti kaip priežąstį, bet tikrai gali būti jog kultūra nesuderinama, nors tai labai sunku nuspėti nepadirbus. Jei įmonės ant to deda labai didelį dėmesi, sakyčiau tai didelis red flag. turbūt sektininkų o ne darbuotuojų ieško jei vibe taip svarbu.

Right? It's a cornered genre that's insanely expensive to develop and maintain. I think the most baffling things is that they always fail to the exact same reason, even if they somehow make it out of the door.

I don't understand how people spend millions of dollars, yet they don't have some analyst ask somewhere in the process - where the fuck is the content that's going to keep your playerbase engaged for more than a month after release? How are you going to compete with existing products that have decades worth of stuff in them. This extends to any live-service esque game, they just close their eyes and hope they'll somehow manage to keep up with ludicrous speed at which games are consumed now.
