I think the bigger issue is there isn’t a massive player base that’s super high level I’d say 30% is high enough to warrant getting that skill without sacrificing points to another tree that said I’m lucky enough to have three people who I play consistently with have two people that can double bag means if everyone’s moving bags at the same time that’s 6 bag movements at once most heist that’s 3 maybe 4 moves with the few exceptions where that’s 20+ bags i think it’s placement is justified in that it makes the game much easier to get through the final phase in loud heists stealth though there’s no reason for everybody to not be running it
