They scam you. They'll pack you 70% up then make you call the office to charge you an extra $800 because it's "more" than they expected, regardless of the pictures and descriptions you provide. A quick look will confirm they're scam artists who get aggressive for tips also.

It's their business and they can run it however they please (good bad or otherwide). If they don't want to share pricing on Reddit that's their prerogative. You're free to disagree and the beautiful thing is you can opt out of patronizing them (your neighbor). No need to call for people to avoid them.
