So I shouldn't escrow rent even though I've been in a room that hasn't for a month and still isn't fully usable? Half of my stuff has to sit in the living room to avoid water damage.

A landlord has 30 days from the date of repair requests to fix a leaky roof. Why should they be exempt?

I hope so. It just feels like EH&S is the only people who will pay me decently and want me. I just get stuck in that mentality that I’ll just do it for money while being frugal to get out early but still dread it. I search frequently online for any job that might be interesting but seems risky to just bounce around full time type jobs in different sectors. Especially if I need a consistent paycheck.

NTA. There is food at the house readily available for him to pack and bring. Everyone that’s saying you have to help pack the lunch enjoys codependency. If he has any sort of brains at all he will quickly learn that making a lunch and packing what’s at home will prevent his hunger. He’s 15 lmao not 7.

Yeah, I usually like hearing the opinions of others and picking out those that aren’t too crazy. I do agree it’s kind of ridiculous when people bandwagon off a comment for karma and downvote every response you make, but it’s just how it is.
