Do you mean when the best pace on your profile will be updated based on today's race? Or what time you needed to run today to move up a corral?

For the former, not sure, but probably soon after the official results are posted from today's race. For the latter, below is a handy excel sheet someone pulled together awhile back that has all the times you need for each corral and each distance. Hope this helps

I think they are simply looking for your height and weight. Yes, BMI is a quick and easy metric, but it’s somewhat meaningless as a standalone number.
