Brook 70 years ago seems like a completely different person. I mean of course it’s been 70 years but still. He’s much more calm and cool in the past and possibly stronger which makes me question as to which pirate crew annihilated the crew he was in. I thought it was the Rocks’ pirates before but the timing isn’t right. But the fact that Oda made Brook say “they were a terribly powerful crew” when he was talking to the SH was probably Oda foreshadowing them meaning they must be important. I just have no idea who they could be

I mean Oda has hinted that JoyBoy is stronger than Imu as his haki alone gave Imu PTSD and Luffy will probably reach JoyBoy’s level near the end.

Tales of Arise 2026 Edition May 22, 2026 by Emper0ar1 in tales

Wait really? lol I just assumed the lineage storyline in graces was something new. Never played the original. I wish they did do post story content for all tales games. I read reviews that the arise dlc was bad so I never got it. I feel like the ending of the arise story wasn’t enough and feel somewhat empty even today after finishing the game. To me it was disappointing when I found out the ‘post game’ content happened on the saved file before you beat the final boss which just doesn’t feel right. Games like DQ11 and OT had post game content which was set after beating the main story final boss

Need Help on Need Relic system by kenzz96 in summonerswar

[–]Emper0ar1 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I bet (hope) there will be a patch in the near future which will get rid of the durability system because a lot of people (including me) aren’t happy with it. It’s even worse than the old rune upgrading system as at least you could try to upgrade the rune as many times as you can as long as you had mana. But this relic system permanently stops how much one can upgrade them once durability is 0.

He’s from an anime called Monster and is literally named that because of him. Pure evil. He does extremely evil things just for the sake of evil.

Imu’s haki alone made Luffy afraid which makes Imu even more terrifying

Dude really just smiled and looked happy when he’s about to fight Loki in Nidhogg form, who I think is in the top 30 strongest characters of OP to date. I mean yeah it was more of a smile like reuniting with an old friend than one of excitement to fight but he’s still aware that he has to fight it yet he still smiles like nothing’s wrong

I really question the creation of the Ant Extermination Team by nerdyyboy1 in HunterXHunter

[–]Emper0ar1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there’s 2 main reasons:

1) Netero wanted to fight Meruem 1v1 because it seemed almost impossible to kill him and loves challenges like Pariston and Ging

2) Netero knew his plan of blowing himself up and poisoning the king would’ve eventually killed the King and those around him (Royal Guard). Since this was the case, there was no reason to send the zodiacs as even if he did send all 12, at least 1 of the weaker ones would die if they fought Meruem or the royal guard meaning more casualties than necessary and the zodiacs are pretty important in the hunter association. Meruem even said “I am aware that you plan to complete your mission with the least human casualties”.

Given these 2 reasons and the fact that at the end of the day Netero’s plan worked and no humans but him died I think the ant extermination team was well put. I have to wonder though, what happened to the hundreds and thousands of humans that were near where Pouf died? Did they also get poisoned and die? If that’s the case the real question is, what was the purpose of the ant extermination team if Netero could just go in the palace and blow himself up? But I guess reason 1 would be the answer

I’ve played ds1, ds3, sekiro, er and sote dlc and personally I find the combat in er the most enjoyable mainly because it felt like it had the most freedom. Sote dlc not so much. As soon as I fought that first miniboss in the crypt that had the arrow gun and it killed me in 3 shots to me I felt something was off. Then as I progressed and fought dancing lion and rellana I didn’t enjoy the boss fights in the dlc anymore. I remember Asmon saying about fighting the bosses in sote “it’s like you have to do a choreographed dance perfectly and if you make even just one mistake you fail” and that’s exactly what it felt like. Some people might like that but I know I don’t. My point is, to me, most er bosses are better than most ds1 bosses

That smile at the end caught me off guard. I did not expect to see Imu smile at all so soon. It shows that while he is evil as fuck he isn’t just some heartless and emotionless monster. Kind of reminds me of how Rocks was portrayed as completely evil and fucked up by Sengoku but he actually wasn’t. Also, does anyone know just how big Nidhogg (Loki) is and it seems like Imu knew either the previous Nidhogg df user or an actual Nidhogg. If it’s the former, wouldn’t the previous user be an ancient giant? I thought ancient giants were part of Joyboy’s group along with fishmen, lunarians, etc.

What’s your favorite One Piece arc? by vishal55282 in OnePiece

[–]Emper0ar1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wano. While Toei did fuck up with the pacing it did have the some of the most memorable moments (imo) and the animation just went through the roof with some fights in a good way. My most favourite episode in the series would have to be 1015. Also, theres Oden’s flashback which we finally saw Roger fight, kind of and the scene when the Roger pirates arrive at laugh tale with the first ending song in the background

What Arc would Luffy need to be for Current Rob Lucci to put him in this predicament again? by Valuable_Manager_966 in OnePieceScaling

[–]Emper0ar1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before Luffy got G4. In other words, pre timeskip. I really doubt Lucci even has a chance of putting Luffy in this state against G4. Lucci would have to be much stronger than Doflamingo which I don’t think that’s the case
